Oreo Fudge Creme Cookies and the power of advertising is putting smiles on our faces in many ways! I laughed so hard when I saw the commercial that I nearly doubled over. If you are involved in Social Media then you KNOW THE CONNOTATION OF THE TERM "SHUT THE FRONT DOOR". Now, if I need to explain this to you then email me personally and I will never tell anyone that you didn't get it.
Right? Sure you do. I am sitting here with a big glass of milk and an Oreo Cookie. Remember these?
I thought I would make a mess the first time I heard their new commercial. We won't talk about what kind of mess.
I simply thought they hit on a winner.
They did. They hit it.
I had managed not to purchase the high caloric, not good for you entities for a very long time till that commercial.
It made me want them. Not the new one's but the old one's. I bought them.
OMG, they are sooooo good. When I visited my 92 year old Aunt June recently I explained just what the term meant..."Shut the Front Door" that is. God bless her, she got it. She laughed hard and continued to use the term through our card game! What a love and a precious soul she is and what great advertising Oreo's managed to bring to this table too.
I salute the Ad Agency that brought this one to the table...and that brought my cookie's back.
I still don't think I have gotten the cookies they were talking about but who cares? I want my original Oreos.
AND, JENNY CRAIG...HERE I COME!
