#1. From a consumer's point of view...why would they want to work with you?
#2. When you advertise do you offer the consumer something they want?
Or, do you simply tell about "you?"
#3. When you answer the phone are you smiling and glad to hear from them? Or, do they hear aggravation in your voice...are you distracted? Or, do they get your attention?
#4. When they walk in to meet you do you make them feel welcome? Do you shake their hand with a smile and good eye contact? Or, do you make them wait while you finish a phone call?
#5. Do you ask the right questions? Do you know your market? Do you give them a thorough view of their options?
#6. Do you present yourself and your market in a positive light?
Or, do you discourage your customer with the sad news of the tough market?
#7. Do you return calls or emails when you say you will?
Or, are you often forgetful?
#8. Have you taken the time to "learn and know" your market? If you don't know one of their questions will you find out for them?
#9. If a potential sale does not work out the way you hoped it would do you feel it wasn't worth it? Do you allow the customer to see that you are discouraged or do you shake it off and keep working?
#10. When you wake in the morning are you looking forward to working your Real Estate business?
#11. Do you "feel" as if you are a good agent? Do you put your best foot forward?
#12. Have I given you a little bit to think about? Do you think your customer/client thinks about these things?
