I like looking at all the properties as they show up on Active Rain.  Hope your listing will sell.

Thank you Gary, this is a lovely floorplan. The open windows are overlooking one of the prettiest coves on Lake Livingston. I appreciate the good luck! It will sell soon. deb

Hey Debra, I hope all is well. I wish I had a lake for my listings...or a mountain...or an ocean. Oh well. Have a great weekend!

Marchel, It is a diamond in the rough right now but they're putting in new floors to fixtures and it's going to be fab! When it's completed it will only be 259,000. Not bad! Hope you're doing well and it's good talking to you. Deb

Sam! A mountain sounds good to me! I guess the grass is always greener! You know how that is. You have a great weekend too! Deb

Katerina, You just wouldn't believe it. The temp is so perfect as we speak. It's about 76 degrees right now. The days are climbing into the 80's. I'm having a difficult time getting ready for the season! What's it like there? Deb

Loretta, This is a whopping 3000 sq ft. It is a 5 bedroom/3 bath with huge vaulted ceilings and the perfect view. Could I interest you with a viewing??? Huh??? Deb :-)
